Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from Japan.
Some selected products may be shipped from a logistics warehouse located in Italy.
When applicable, this information will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Tracking
When available, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Duties and Import
For international shipments, the following may apply:

Returns
OCG Collectables does not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
In case of issues related to:
- wrong product
- product damaged during transport
the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs and documentation useful for verification.
